Goldie, who is 78 years old, shared a video clip from Kate’s new song on Instagram. She also wrote a nice message about how talented her daughter is.

Goldie said, “I’m amazed by my daughter’s talent. It goes beyond just being a proud mom. This song makes me emotional because it talks about the ups and downs of being a mother and watching your child grow up. You should definitely give it a listen ❤️.”

Kate’s new song, “Live Forever,” and its music video, are dedicated to her 20-year-old son Ryder.

Kate explained, “I was really young when Ryder was born. It’s incredible to look back and see how we both grew up together. The song and video capture that feeling of being embraced by someone’s love.”

Kate also shared on Instagram that the song is like a message to both parents and children as they go through life’s changes.

“Our kids grow up and leave us eventually. Some of us were still figuring ourselves out when we became parents. That’s what this song is about for me,” she wrote.

Kate has three kids: Ryder with her ex Chris Robinson, Bingham, 12, with her ex Matt Bellamy, and Rani, 5, with her fiancé Danny Fujikawa.

Last month, Kate told that seeing her kids grow up has been a surprising experience.

“When you’re raising them, you’re just focused on being there for them. But then they become adults and leave the nest. It’s like, ‘Wow, time flies!’” she said.

Kate also shared that writing music for her upcoming album has been a way for her to reflect on her life.

“The songs I wrote are very personal and reflect different parts of me. Each one is unique but true to who I am,” she said.
